He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Willard Blakley and Bertha Elizabeth Ackerman Blakley; and his former wife Mary Faith Thames Blakley. He is survived by: his wife Betty Blakley; his siblings, Gloria Mills (William), Ann Lucas (Larry), James R. Blakley (Robin), Rev. Geary A. Blakley, Martin Blakley (Pam) and Debra Swails; his daughter Nancy L. Blakley; and his brother Leo Lawrence Blakley (Bill).
