She is survived by: her husband William McCoy Rodgers; her daughters, Annie R. Shine (Charlie) and Maxine S. Weiters (Gary); and her siblings, Eugene Smalls, Ruby Knight and Evelyn Smith. She is also survived by three grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
