She was predeceased by: her parents, William Burnis Best and Veamon Lee Best; and her siblings, Ginny Heatley, Barney Best and John Best.
She is survived by: her sons, Dale Rhodes (Vickey) of Moncks Corner and Alvin Rhodes (Susan) of Moncks Corner; her brother Billy Best of Socastee; her grandsons, Curtis Rhodes and Matthew Rhodes; and her great grandchildren, Travis Rhodes, Aubrey Rhodes and Cassidy Rhodes.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dial-Murray Funeral Home (300 W Main St, Moncks Corner, SC 29461). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at the Carolina Memorial Park (7113 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC 29406).
