It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick A. Patz (Moncks Corner, South Carolina), who passed away on April 23, 2026, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ryland Patz and Virginia Ann Gatlin Patz; his stepchildren, Annette Tart and Randy Blaton; and his brother Asher Patz.
He is survived by: his wife Rosa Mae Lee Patz; his sister Ann Patz (Robin) of Macedonia; his grandchildren, Danielle Smith of Virginia, Derrick Smith of Russellville and Emily Tart (Ashley Snipes) of Pineville; his great grandchildren, Denise Smith, Patrick Smith, Aiden Kellogg, Landen Hatfield, Dillon Hatfield, Ashlen Snipes, Kyle Snipes, Katie Woodbury and Brayden Conrad; and his great great grandchild Michael Phillips.
