She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Francis Blair and Shirley Louise Kent Fox; her husband James Franklin "Jim" Cobb, Sr.; and her brothers, Thomas Blair, David Blair and Dan Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Casey M. Cobb (Geoseph Craig) of Cortland, NY and Kyle James Cobb (Ashley Losaw) of Cortland, NY; her close friend Jim Drake of Moncks Corner; her sister Penny D. Blair of Moncks Corner; her half-sister Jennifer Nash of Syracuse, NY; and her sister-in-law Shirley Blair of Cylo, GA. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
