He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Moore Jr. and Clemmie Kilby Moore; his pet Harley Moore; and his brother Randy Moore. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy W. Moore; his son Michael Paul Thigpen (Pynie); his granddaughter Hayley Thigpen; his brothers, Charlie Weatherford, Gennette McCoy and Estell Anderson; and his friends, John Stouder, Holly Stouder, Brandon, Sarah, Destiny, Stormi, Hazel, Sunshine and Kasen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
