In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Sheila had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Sheila may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elias Osborn and Caroline Ada Osborn (Ed Frank); her son Gary Frank; and her sister Norma Cook. She is survived by: her husband Cyrus "Ed" Frank; her sons, Dale Frank (Cindy) of Augusta, Mark Frank (Cheryl) of Moncks Corner, SC, Todd Frank (Jennifer) of Summerville, SC and Ryan Frank of Moncks Corner, SC; her brother Alexander Osborn (Dorothy) of Kent, England; and her daughter Vanessa McNamara of North Charleston, SC.. She is also survived by grandchildren, 12 precious great-grandchildren; many loved nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, May 3rd 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Russell Funeral Chapel (107 W Main St, Moncks Corner, SC 29461). A memorial service was held on Sunday, May 3rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
