She is survived by: her husband Sammy Blocker; her son Sammy Blocker, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Brittany; her grandchildren, Riley, Zoey, Landon and Sammie; her daughter Shelby Franks (Ben); her grandchildren, Cassidy, Chloe and Madison; and her siblings, Nancy Smith, Lydia Johnson, Maggie Watts, Nikie Johnson and Joe Johnson.
