He was predeceased by: his parents, William Semino Webber and Minzette Leona Koonce Webber; and his siblings, Peggy W. Milligan, Sandra W. Vey, Wanda J. Webber and Joed Cleveland Webber.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen J. Webber; his children, Susan Webber Jordan (Bruce) of Moncks Corner, William Douglas Webber, Jr. (Wanda) of Moncks Corner and Paul Christopher Webber (Shannon) of Silver Falls, WA; his siblings, Jean Webber Goins of Georgetown, Robert Wayne Webber (Carol) of Jacksonville, FL, Kenneth Graham Webber (Juanita) of Maine and Tracy Allen Webber (Valeria) of Charlotte, NC; and his grandchildren, James Thomas Webber, Katie Webber Allsbrook, Ashley Ann Webber Carley, Adam Wayne Jordan, Samantha Webber Burke, Hailey Webber NeSmith, Avery Wayne Jordan and Jacob Alexander Webber. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, May 3rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dial-Murray Funeral Home (300 W Main St, Moncks Corner, SC 29461). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. An entombment was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 at the Plantation Memorial Gardens (3345 S Live Oak Dr, Moncks Corner, SC 29461).
