She is survived by: her children, Misty Jolly, Stacy Allen, Eric Hicks, Timothy Surratt and Mike Houck; her brothers, Kenny Anderson and Jimmy Surratt; and her grandchildren, Kinley Jolly, Dillon Allen, Anna Allen, Matt Surratt and Zachary Surratt.
