He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward E. Plumley and Margaret Booth Plumley; his sister Beth Kestler; and his stepfather James Morris. He is survived by: his wife Patty Howard Plumley; his stepmother Rose Stroman-Morris of North, SC; his daughters, Angela Yonce and Charlene Gardner (Kevin); his grandchildren, Brandon Smith (Ciara), Garrett Gardner, Adriana Gardner, Julia Smith and Charlie Gardner (Lauren); his great grandchildren, Easton Smith, Ryan Smith and Paisley Mobley; and his siblings, Terry Carter, Daniel Plumley and Betty Fitzgerald.
