He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joyce Teal Hiott; his parents, Frank Hiott and Betty Casey Hiott; his children, Kim Buckner Land (Jason) of Inman and Jamie Hiott of Moncks Corner; his granddaughter Kelsey Land of Inman; and his siblings, Rick Hiott (De) of Columbia, Frank Hiott (Theresa) of Chapin and Yvonne Kirkman (Lin) of Hartsville. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the J. M. Dunbar Funeral Home (690 Southport Rd, Roebuck, SC 29376). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
