With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Perrin Weathers Gilbert (Moore, South Carolina), who passed away on August 12, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Weathers and Annie Moore Weathers; her husband Max D. Gilbert, Sr.; her son Dupree; and her siblings, John Weathers, John Paul Weathers, Charles Weathers, Annie Laura Brannon, Catherine McCullough, Virginia Albus, Betty Brooks, Margaret Chapman and Beulah Mae Weathers.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Solesbee (Ronnie); her grandchildren, Sarah Solesbee, Stacie Stephens (Ryan), Max Gilbert III and Maverick Gilbert; and her siblings, James Weathers (Sandra), Corrie Hall and Joyce Brice. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
