He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Edwin and Joy Felmet Burnett; his son Justin Burnett; and his niece Hanna Lister. He is survived by: his children, Brooks Burnett (Casey), Brandon Burnett (Annie) and Harley Ruppe; his grandchildren, Shalyn, Madalyn, Braylon, Hunter, Paeton, Madison, Sawyer, Greyson, Terah and Piper; the mother of his children Lisa Crowe; his siblings, Kim Whiteside (Terry) and Joey Burnett; and his nieces, Bridgette Lister (Wayne) and Paige Brown.
