Ravenel of Aiken, SC.; his stepchildren, Jean Elliott Manning, Heath Manning, Jr., Mary Locke Olliphant (Murray) and Dibble R. Manning (Carla); and his caregivers, Geraldine Jameson, Luc Maxineau, Philip Edles and Paul Dennis.
