With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Joan Brant of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, who passed away on February 15, 2026 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Cunningham and Nina Riley Cunningham; and her siblings, Gene, Mike, Joyce and Janet.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Brant; her daughters, Beth Cottrell and Deborah Anderson (Stephen) of Blythewood, SC.; her grandchildren, Allison, Christopher, Emma and Joseph; and her great grandchildren, Thomas "T. J." and Ada.
