It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Wacker Douty (Mount Pleasant, South Carolina), who passed away on June 20, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Herman Louis Wacker; her husband Harry Eugene Douty, Sr.; her siblings, Lois Rowland and H. L. "Bubber" Wacker; her grandson Michael Douty; and her parent Day Offering.
She is survived by: her sons, Harry Eugene Douty, Jr. (Ann) and Gary Louis Douty (Penny); her grandson Scott Douty (Ronda); and her great grandchildren, Andrew Douty, Ashton Douty and Ansley Douty.
