He was predeceased by: his daughter Renate Williams Raymond; his son-in-law Eddie C. Combs; and his siblings, Clifton, J. B., Frank, Doyle, Walter Williams, Pauline McClain, Geneva Mullins, Beatrice Witcher, Irene Witcher, Betty Norton and Kathleen Crews.

He is survived by: his wife Geraldine "Gerri" Williams (Munroe) of Mount Pleasant; his son Billy Dean Williams (Susie) of Kennesaw, Georgia; his stepchildren, Sabrina Combs (King) of Morristown, Tennessee and Marion Mark King (Lisa) of Mount Pleasant; and his grandchildren, Jayce Buttram (Crista Lee) of Newburgh, Joshua Williams (Carlie) of Perth, Daniel Williams (Lorraine) of Kennesaw, Renee Raymond of Benton, Cliff Combs (Candace) of Longwood, Joseph King (Lauren) of Franklin, Rachel Combs (Travis Moore) of Knoxville, Caley Baggett (Alan) of Birmingham and Charity Combs of Morristown, Tennessee. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
