It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carolyn Davis Bailey of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, born in Paintsville, Kentucky, who passed away on October 27, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Davis and Elizabeth Daniel Davis Mollett; and her siblings, Frank, Gene Davis and Charlotte Melvin.
She is survived by: her husband James Michael "Mike" Bailey; her children, Jonathan Lee Bailey (Pam) of Charlotte, NC, Kelly Bailey Kruse (Tom) of Mount Pleasant, SC and Michael Bryan Bailey (Keely) of Denver, NC; her siblings, Phyllis Stafford, Billy Joe Davis (Tammy) and Walter Davis, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Jackson Lee Bailey, Christian Davis Bailey, Davis Thomas Kruse, Coleman Dixon Bailey and Bruce Allen Baldwin III. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
