She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Fraiser; her parents, Lawrence Huger and Sallie Jefferson Huger; and her brothers, Robert Huger and David Huger.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Fordham, Joseph Smalls Jr., Cynthia Smalls and Carol Smalls; and her siblings, Helen Manigault and Lawrence Huger, Jr..
