She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida Farrington Hoots and James Hoots; her husband Wade Levan; and her siblings, Bob Hoots, Charles Hoots, Betty Wooten, Clara Nalls and Patricia Hoots.
She is survived by: her children, Bill White (Jill) and Carla Sparks; her stepson Mike Levan; her grandchildren, Jenna Astin (Chuck), Valerie Earman (Mike), Matthew White (Kamari), Jay Sparks and Eve Sparks; her great grandchildren, Brody Astin, Gage Astin, Nelson Sparks, Raelynn White, Kinlee White, Heidi Earman, Everett Sparks, Camille Earman and Caden White; her stepgreat-granddaughter Charlotte Astin; her great great grandchild Cash Astin; and her sisters, Sarah Wood (Don) and Carolyn Wooten (Clay). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
