He is survived by: his parents, Wayne Edward Hoffman and Deborah Louise Ross Hoffman; his wife Lorri Hoffman; his children, Lauren (Kyle Baker), Parker (Sarah Cate Hoffman), Hayden Hoffman and Hugh Hoffman; his grandchildren, Jackson, Hadley, Harper and Sullivan; his brother Jason Hoffman; and his pets, Ellie, Ranger, River and Posy.
