He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard E. Newton and Sarah W. Newton; and his brother Don Newton. He is survived by: his wife Tina Taylor Newton; his siblings, Stan Newton (Elaine), Louie Newton (Ann), Lee Newton (Caroline) and Nancy Newton West (Rick); and his siblings' children, Chrissy Newton English (Steven), Tom Newton (Sara), Kimberly Newton-Burgess (Josh), Alan Newton (Lauren), Donnie Newton, Dallas West (Melyssa), Andrew Newton (Jessie), Aaron West, Rebekah Roles and Karen West. He is also survived by 16 great nieces and nephews.
