She was predeceased by: her husband Barry Marshall Cooke; and her brother John Stafford Banks (Jeanne). She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Cooke Smith (Will) of Mount Pleasant and Benjamin Wesley Cooke (Brandi) of Mount Pleasant; her grandchildren, William Edmond Smith III, Cyrus Walton Smith, Anna Clark Mackenzie Cooke, Benjamin Wesley Cooke, Jr. and Tallulah Jane Cooke; her brother Cyrus Query Lemmond (Candi) of Tucson, Arizona.; and her friend Susan "Soopie" McDaniel.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Greenville Arp Church (741 Cleveland St, Greenville, SC 29601).
