She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth McGillivray (Steinberg) and William McGillivray. She is survived by: her husband Darren "Rip" Tisdale; her son Noah Bennett (Anna); her stepchildren, Jeffery Tisdale (Melissa) and Charlotte "Carly" Chavis (Corey); her brothers, Richard McGillivray (Caryn), Shae McGillivray (Terri) and Tim McGillivray (Shannon); her stepmother Victoria "Vicki" McGillivray; her siblings' children, Lilly, Parker and Peyton Hadler; and her grandchildren, Hunter, Chandler Bennett, Waylon, Sawyer, Norah Tisdale and Sheppard Chavis.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Gold Bug Island (1560 Ben Sawyer Blvd, Mt Pleasant, SC 29464).
