It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Huger Manigault (Mount Pleasant, South Carolina), who passed away on December 17, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John P. Manigault; her parents, Lawrence Huger and Sally Jefferson Huger; and her siblings, Catherine H. Frasier, David Huger and Robert Huger.
She is survived by: her children, John Manigault, Jr. (Sabrina), Norman Victor Manigault (Denise), Marvin Barry Manigault, Sr. (Juanita) and Helena Maria Manigault; her grandchildren, Norma Joshua, Marvin Barry, Jr., Caesar Gerad, Antonio Lavon, Desmond Delryan, Daniel Victor and Asia Thelma; her great grandchildren, Norman Joshua, Jr., Sariah Leah, Kyiah Renee, Savannah Grace and Chole Denise; and her brother Lawrence Huger. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
