It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen T. Albrecht of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, born in Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on March 14, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband William T. Albrecht; her parents, John Frederick Tapio and Bertha Caroline Leppert Tapio; her siblings, Barbara Salvo (Gus), John F. Tapio, Jr., Walter H. Tapio (Patricia) and Charles Douglas Tapio; and her brother-in-law Ed Huff.
She is survived by : her children, Will Albrecht, Jr. (Beverly), John Albrecht (Cindy), Chris Albrecht (Audrey) and Kim Harrill (John); her sisters, Louise Huff and Linda Gambrell (Gene); her sister-in-law Johanna Tapio; her grandchildren, William Albrecht, Caroline Wright (Will), Elyse Lawson (Matt), Tommy Albrecht (Christin), Jeremy Harrill, Zachary Harrill, Morgan Albrecht and Brayden Albrecht; and her great grandchildren, Shep Lawson and Olive Lawson. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
