She was predeceased by : her parents, Mae Theimer Thorwarth and Fredrick Thorwarth; her husband Franklyn Emerson Barmore; her daughters, Roslyn Vogel (Lyn) and Diane "Livia" Heckendorn (Livia); and her son-in-law Ed Heckendorn.

She is survived by : her son-in-law Edward Vogel (Ed); her grandchildren, Edward Vogel, Jr. (Jay) and Jennifer Vogel Garris (Jennie); her grandson-in-law Eric Garris; and her great grandchildren, Emerson of Mount Pleasant, Jacob of Mount Pleasant, Tymer of Mount Pleasant and Cooper Garris of Mount Pleasant.
