She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph L. Butkiewicz and Anne Marie "Nancy" Butkiewicz (Lawlor); and her brothers-in-law, Jack Goodwin and Jim Dennis. She is survived by: her former husband Robert E. Wasilewski; her children, Rob Wasilewski and Nancy Chilton (Jim); her granddaughter Lexi; her stepdaughters, Lori Ann Cataldi (Frank) and Susan Marie Buckley (Frank); her brother Dr. James Butkiewicz (Mary Ellen); her nieces, Erica and Lauren; her sisters, Mary Ann Dennis and Louise Goodwin (Joe Szustak); her nieces, Maura and Colleen; her brother Joe Butkiewicz (Carole Poggi); her niece Annemarie; her nephew Will; her sister Laura Hoffman (James); and her nieces, Ellen and Elizabeth.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 7th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Irem Country Club (70 Ridgway Drive, Dallas, PA 18612).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Epilepsy Foundation.
