He is survived by: his children, Lynette Koffskey (Richard Carrico) of Indianapolis, IN, JoAnne Nelson (Henry) of Hollywood, SC, Karen Zazzara (Michael) of Pawleys Island, SC, John Koffskey III (Li) of Las Vegas, NV and Marc Koffskey of Frederick, MD. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
