It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Anthony Sforza in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, born in Newark, Ohio, who passed away on July 19, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Enrico Sforza and Maria Ferriozzi Sforza; his sister Josephine Sforza Martino; and his son Mark Anthony Sforza. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne "Suzi" Weltzheimer Sforza; his children, Robin S. Gilligan, Toni Ann Smith, Cynthia L. Koontz, Joan C. Richards, Mary Beth "Betsy" Guttridge, Monica S. Sforza McMahon and Matthew E. Sforza; and his sister Grace Sforza DiGiandomenico. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, three great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
