It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Robert Gallagher Jr. of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, who passed away on April 1, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph R. Gallagher and Caroline Chajewski Gallagher. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Teeter (Cindy) of Mt. Pleasant, SC; his children, Barbara Gallagher of Pittsburgh, PA. and Robert Gallagher (Bob) of Portsmouth, VA.; and his sister Virginia Zemaitis (Ginny) of Pittsburgh, PA.. He is also survived by nieces, a nephew, and many cousins.
