He is survived by: his wife Diane Ridgeway Spicer; his children, Kevin Holmes Spicer and Leigh McRae Spicer; his grandchildren, Chasen Phipps Spicer, Porter McRae Spicer, Lukas Parker Bernard and London McRae Bernard; his brother Samuel Spicer; his brother-in-law Adrian Reuben M. D.; and his family, Carter Moore, Wendy McClary, Dana Greene and Marilyn Vanderhorst.
