He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Andrew Chaddick, Sr. and Eula Muriel Barrett; his wife Meta Viohl Chaddick; his daughter Meta Lucille Williams (Babbe); and his former wife Kay Smith Chaddick.
He is survived by: his daughter Nancy Blair Chaddick Parr (David Boyd); his sister Jean Howe Ansen; his grandchildren, Lauren Dumas Schryver (Tim), Boyd and Louis Parr; his great grandchildren, Maddie and Rosie Schryver; his stepchildren, Jeff Ohman (Mary Jo), Brad and Katherine McCarthy; and his stepgrandchildren, Eric (Nikki) and Katie Ohman.
