She was predeceased by: her husband Paul McNeil Sr.; her children, Patricia Ann McNeil, Francis B. McNeil and Anthony "Pop" Garret McNeil; and her grandsons, Joseph Green Jr. and Marco Lamont McNeil.
She is survived by: her children, Loretta McNeil, Sherry Debra Green, Paul McNeil Jr., Kenneth McNeil (Cynthia) and James McNeil (Angel); her granddaughter Regindena McNeil; and her siblings, Jessie Mae Lundy, Albertha Nesbitt (Paul), Blondell Bennett (Charles), Marion A. Gant Sr. (Letha) and Elijah Gant Jr.. She is also survived by loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
