She is survived by: her children, Pauline S. Goodwater (Bernard) of Awendaw, SC, Allen Stokes (Shirley) of Hinesville, GA, Rev. Rose M. Stokes-Smalls of Awendaw, SC, Margaret A. Stokes-Brown of Columbia, SC and Vanessa Stokes-Tabb of Summerville, SC; and her grandchildren, Jonathan A. Stokes, Jerry Smalls, II, Amber Whitney Smalls, Julian Paul Stokes, Daniel Marcus Smalls, Jasmine Lasaine Goodwater, Janelle Patrice Stokes, Briana Devin Goodwater and Tyre David Brown.
