He was predeceased by : his parents, William Lewis Morgan and Jane Manhart Morgan; and his brother-in-law Phillip Thibedeau. He is survived by : his wife Carol Carter Morgan; his children, William Scott Morgan and Kelly Morgan Cook (Brian); his grandchildren, Morgan, Anna, Michael and William; his sister Molly Morgan Thibedeau; and his nephews, Mark Raymond Thibedeau (Molly) and Justin Morgan Thibedeau (Asha).
