With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Ann Dawson of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, who passed away on July 2, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hoytt Wade and Nida Keahey (Basham); her husband James Dawson; and her son John Wade. She is survived by: her children, Julia Seaton (Gregory) of Mount Pleasant, SC and Nida Hedge (Jason) of Brentwood, TN; her grandchildren, Lauren, Hannah Seaton, Jessica, Colin, Tristan and Ava Hedge; and her cousin Donald Bailey.
After being inspired by a bell choir performance in Evansville, she donated the bells to St. Mary's Catholic Church in Mt. Carmel, in her mother's memory.
