It is with sadness that the passing of Patricia Ritchie Sharp of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina is shared. Patricia, born on July 13, 1940, passed away on September 9, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Alexander (Patty Eliza Hurley Ritchie) and Southern; and her former husband Richard H. Sharp. She is survived by: her husband Garry Lee Hyde of Princeton, NJ; her children, Ashley Woody (Dan) of Mount Pleasant, SC. and Scott Sharp (Kate) of Columbus, GA; her sister Jane Ritchie (Bruno Zupan); her niece Natasha Zupan of Valldemossa; and her grandchildren, Jacob, Charles and Patty Eliza.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home (1520 Rifle Range Rd, Mt Pleasant, SC 29464).
