He was predeceased by: his parents, Lt. George Bausch Waters of Rome, NY. and Shirley Barnard Waters of Rome, NY.; and his aunt Margaret Barnard Rothrum (Mardi). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Mates; his children, Scott Thomasson, Eric Thomasson, Brian Thomasson of Tampa, FL and Amanda Thomasson Himmelsbach of Myrtle Beach, SC; and his siblings, Stephen Bradley Waters (Wendy), Nancy Kessinger Waters of Worcester, MA, Kristin Benton Waters of Worcester, MA and Dean Lincoln Waters (Kim). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
