He was predeceased by: his mother Lillian May. He is survived by: his father Harold Morgan Lewis; his wife Elizabeth Ann Maher Lewis; his children, Sharon (Kevin), Gregory (Missy) of Williamstown and Mark (Beth) of Mount Pleasant; and his siblings, Judith Niner of Wake Forest and Robert Bruce Lewis (Elaine) of Salem, Virginia.. He is also survived by loving father, and grandfather to his ten grandchildren.
