He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathryn C. Daniel and Hugh R. Daniel. He is survived by: his wife Lucia; his children, Robert A. Daniel, Jr. (Gwen) of Charleston, SC, Patricia Daniel Nimocks (Gary) of Charleston, SC and Beth Daniel (Meg) of Delray Beach, FL; his grandchildren, Robert A. Daniel III, Jordan E. Daniel, John R. Larisey and Daniel P. Larisey; and his great grandchildren, Harper, Kaelin, Miles, Eliza and Luke.
