She is survived by: her husband Larry Kenneth Pritchard; her sons, Steven Kenneth Pritchard and Jeffrey Todd Pritchard; her brother Christopher Bolen; and her caregivers, Emma Appleton, Alicia Polite and Cindy Harkness.
