With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Stephen Ramsey Sailor of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 12, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Claudine Ramsey and Kenneth Boswell; his wife Carlene Sailor; his son David Sailor; his daughter-in-law Rebecca; his grandchildren, Ila Gray, Ramsey and Lucile; his great grandchild Danny Sailor; his daughter-in-law Lauren; and his grandchildren-in-law, Grayson, Henry and Parker.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Down Syndrome Association of the Lowcountry, in honor of Lucile Sailor, Stephen's beloved granddaughter: Down Syndrome Association of the Lowcountry, PO Box 2275, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29465.
