He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Geiger and David Simpson. He is survived by: his siblings, Jean Berardi of Anaheim and Bruce Simpson of Fort Worth, Texas.; his wife Joan Duby Simpson; his children, Brad Simpson (Kelly) of Winston-Salem and Laura Bellows (Ryan) of Ithaca; and his grandchildren, Eva Simpson, Reid Simpson and Colin Bellows.
