He is survived by: his wife Sondra Plumley Gerrald; his children, Tina Lewis, Shannon Watson (Brian), Autumn Ham (Andrew), Justin Gerrald (Sarah) and Alyssa Gerrald (Brian Owens); his grandchildren, McCoy Watson (Lu), Brianna Watson, Gabe Watson (Abby), Weston Gerrald, Alina Ham (Alonzo Harrison), Layne Gerrald, Charly Gerrald, Baez Owens, Jordan Lewis (Allison) and Brittany Cook (Matthew); his great grandchildren, Emma Cook, Parker Cook, Pearson Lewis, Lily Watson, Jakob Johnson, Kayson Bartley, Walker Watson and Sailor Gerrald; his brother Randy Gerrald (Teresa); his siblings-in-law, Florence Gerrald, Jerry Gibson and Jim Plumley (Rita); and his nephew Bo Gerrald. He is also survived by other loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Meares Funeral Home (6227 US-76, Mullins, SC 29574). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Rock Spring Baptist Church Cemetery (191 Dug Hill Rd, Landrum, SC 29356).
