He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hugh "Bobby" Collins, Sr. and Magnolia Bullock Collins; and his brother Robert Hugh Collins, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Harrelson Collins; his daughter Summer Collins Lane (Michael); his grandchildren, Zachary Evans Lane, Collins Haley Lane and Carter Michael Lane; and his sisters, Alice Ruth Owens (Jimmy) of Mullins and Beth Brown (Danny) of Chuckey, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
