He is survived by: his wife Debra Dusenbury Johnson; his children, Kerry Maldonado (Angel), Sherry Mendez (Victor), Timmy Johnson (Stephanie), Terry Wayne Johnson and Alex Johnson (Christian); his stepsons, Wayne Fowler (Amy) of Jacksonville and Teny Fowler of Jacksonville; his siblings, Roger Dale Johnson, Edward Levon Johnson and Annie Bell Johnson; his grandchildren, Lloyd Angel Maldonado (Ashley), Ana Maldonado, Sofia Maldonado, Juan Sixto Maldonado (Citlali), Ricky Maldonado (Elisabeth), Eric Mendez, Mariana Mendez and Cassidy Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Kayden, Koleysn, Jovani, Jay, Jaxxon and Xavier.
