Jean Smoak Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jean Smoak of Mullins, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 4, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, David Byrd and Hyacinth Blalock Byrd; and her husband Don Smoak. She is survived by: her children, Tamera Balfour (Bruce) of Columbia and Dr. Donnie Smoak of Tampa, Florida. She is also survived by five granddaughters, and one grandson.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made in her memory to Mullins First Baptist Church Christian Life Center, P.O. Box 443, Mullins, South Carolina 29574.
