It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Bascam Ikner of Mullins, South Carolina, born in Marion, South Carolina, who passed away on April 17, 2024, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Tom Ikner and Alice Irene Brown Ikner; his son Jerry Brian Ikner; and his siblings, Adam W. Ikner and Bonnie Ikner.

He is survived by : his wife Patsy Ann Gerrald Ikner of Mullins; his stepdaughters, Tammy Lynn Collins Freeman of Hartsville and Bambi Joann McDaniel Flowers of Mullins; his grandchildren, Shawn Flowers, Brandi Polson and Stormy Freeman; his great grandchild Remy Polson; his siblings, Lloyd Ikner of Nichols, Felix Ikner of Virginia, James Ikner of Nichols, Chris Ikner of Florence, Gale W. Ikner of Nichols, Tina Ikner O'Bannon of Missouri and Irene P. Ikner Hendrickson of Folly Beach; his siblings-in-law, Tim Gerrald and Susan Gibson; and his pets, Toby and Speck.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cox-Collins Funeral Home (715 S Main St, Mullins, SC 29574). A graveside service was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Red Hill Memorial Gardens Cemetery (1932 Old Stage Rd, Mullins, SC 29574).
